Help me turn a long guideline into a working departmental protocol. This is a practice exercise; the department will verify every line against the source. Here is the guideline text: [PASTE THE RELEVANT GUIDELINE SECTIONS] Our setting: [DESCRIBE YOUR UNIT — staffing, what is available on site, what is not, referral distance] Produce: 1. A one-page protocol using only recommendations that are actually stated in the text I pasted, each with its recommendation strength if the guideline gives one. 2. A separate "discrepancy list": every point where the guideline assumes a resource we do not have, with the decision the department now has to make explicitly. 3. The three points where a junior doctor at 2am is most likely to deviate from this protocol, and how to word it so they do not. 4. Cite, for every line, the section of the pasted text it came from. If you cannot, mark the line "NOT IN SOURCE" and keep it out of the protocol. End with a short section titled "Your check" listing what I must verify myself before using any of this.

Open the guideline and verify the citations line by line. Any line marked NOT IN SOURCE must be removed or decided by a human with authority to decide it.
